What data we process
The data you give us when you write to us or subscribe to our news: first name, surname, email address, phone (optional) and the content of your message. This website has no forms that send data to a server: when you submit, your email program opens with the message ready to send.
Purpose and legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and, if you subscribe, to send you news from Canary GPS. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Location data
Device location data is processed on the Canary GPS platform solely to provide the contracted service. In the advertising-on-the-move solution only aggregated route reports are shared, with the express authorisation of the fleet operator.
Retention
We keep data for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose and for the applicable legal periods. Route history is kept for up to 6 months per device.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@canarygps.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
