Do I need wifi or the vehicle’s power?
No. It runs on its own battery and mobile data, so it keeps alerting you even if the power or internet is cut where it is.
Can I change plan whenever I want?
Yes, you can change the length of your subscription at any time from your account.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
The device stops reporting its location until you reactivate the plan. You keep the device; you only lose access to the platform while it is inactive.
How quickly can I locate it if it moves?
The app alerts you instantly as soon as it detects movement or removal, and you can see the location in real time from that moment.
